JOHN MURTHA SPEAKS THE PAINFUL TRUTH Congressman John Murtha is telling the truth about Iraq. This decorated combat veteran is in the face of the Bush administration (and most of the Democrats) and calling it as he sees it on Iraq. His plan of pull back, redeploy, and maintain forces in the area is the smartest way out of this hole that the lying Bush administration dug for us. The white house is desperately sending in a bunch of chicken hawk puppets to attack him as a coward and it is not sticking. I gotta hand it to the people of Pennsylvania for electing this guy. Where I'm from all the politicians are scared of taking any position on Iraq, except for the Republicans with a white house ring through their nose. Murtha's suggestion will be taken. The only question is how many must die before we do just what he says? |

Well the cartoon is pretty funny, but your write up is all liberal garbage. Murtha is a traitor to the United States and he needs to be arrested and thrown in jail. KY |

Mutha's plan is to redeploy troops in the
area. They would come back if needed. What's the matter?
If you believe the Bush administration's claims that the Iraqi
forces are so formidable this is the way to go. You don't suppose the Bush people might be lying about that, do you? |

Bronze Star with
Combat "V" for valor in combat, two
Purple Hearts and the
Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry and he retired from the Reserves
as a colonel in
1990,
receiving the
Navy Distinguished Service Medal. If he's a coward, then what are you? |
