Karl Rove Sur Les Pointes

Here's an image that came to me while watching a video of a chubby little ballerina.  She had glasses and thin lips and as I watched I started to see Karl Rove's head on top of her body.  Pondered this for a while and finally came up with this little bit of satire (PrismaColor on 9x12 paper.)

Can't offer much of an explanation for him being in drag.  

This has nothing to do with him orchestrating the President's re-election where the American people voted for an abject failure because they were apparently frightened of Gay Married Terrorists. 

Nothing to do with it.

It also has no relation to the inescapable reality that many of the most vocal Republican homophobes have been uncovered as homosexuals themselves.

No relation at all.    

I look at this more as a testament to his adroitness.  He has a way of making the most out of a negative situation.  He is a political policy wonk supreme.  Mr. Rove has no moral rudder to speak of, just total dedication to the marketing of his product.  I can't admire him but I must respect him in the same way that I respected the kid who would actually throw the egg at the principal's car.

This one might get you sued.  Aren't you worried about a team of lawyers knocking on your door?

Some great men are just too dedicated to pay attention to women: Oscar Wilde, Truman Capote, and George Michael come to mind.
